Return & Refund Policy

By purchasing from LawBookBazaar, you agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is wrong or damaged.
• The product must be:
• Unused and in its original condition.
• Returned with its original packaging.
• Accompanied by a valid order confirmation or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Clearance sale or promotional items.
• Returns for reasons other than receiving a wrong or damaged product.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Replacements

For wrong or damaged products, customers may choose:

• A replacement (subject to availability), or
• A full refund.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
